At Manco Computers, we aim to make your purchasing experience simple, transparent, and reliable. Please review our delivery and return policy below to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and returns.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver products across Sri Lanka through trusted courier services. In-store pickup is also available at our Matale location.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom PC builds and special orders may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Time

  • Matale & nearby areas: 1–2 business days

  • Other regions: 2–5 business days (depending on courier service)

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges depend on location, package size, and weight.

  • The final delivery cost will be confirmed before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared where available, allowing you to monitor delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoices included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Software, licenses, and digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, power issues, or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or with physical damage not caused during delivery

  • Custom-built PCs and special-order components (except for manufacturing defects)


Warranty Claims

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

  • Manco Computers will assist customers with warranty claim procedures and guidance.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical faults, liquid spills, or unauthorised repairs.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable for an approved return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, as agreed.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days.

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our store:
