These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, services, and interactions with Manco Computers, whether in-store, online, or via phone or messaging platforms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

• All products sold are genuine and sourced through authorised or reputable suppliers.

• Product images and descriptions are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.

• Specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.

• Full payment is required before order processing or delivery.

• Prices may change due to supplier cost variations or market conditions.

4. Orders & Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

• Manco Computers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

• Custom PC builds and special orders require confirmation and may take additional processing time.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

• Delivery charges depend on location and package size and will be communicated prior to dispatch.

• Manco Computers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and invoices.

• Custom-built PCs, software, and special-order items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

7. Warranty

• Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by power fluctuations, liquid spills, physical damage, unauthorised repairs, or misuse.

• Manco Computers will assist customers with warranty claims but does not guarantee replacement timelines set by manufacturers.

8. Repairs & Service Work

• Diagnostic fees may apply for repair and troubleshooting services.

• Manco Computers is not responsible for data loss during repair unless a backup service is requested.

• Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting devices for repair.

9. Limitation of Liability

Manco Computers shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Data loss, business interruption, or financial loss arising from product use

• Issues caused by third-party software, power conditions, or user modifications

10. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

• Devices submitted for repair should be legally owned by the customer.

• Any illegal software or content found will not be serviced.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and graphics are the property of Manco Computers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
